Ordering Stocks

To order stocks you must:

  1. Login.  If you are not logged in, you cannot search for stocks.
  2. Search for stocks, either individually or in groups (see Searching for Stocks for more information).  Alternately, you can access individual Stock Pages by browsing our Stock List (which is available after you login) and clicking on stocks of interest.
  3. Add stocks to your shopping cart (see Your Shopping Cart for more information on managing your order)
  4. When you’ve added all the stocks you need to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout.
  5. There you will be asked to provide delivery information.  This must match the address associated with the FedEx account you are using, or we won’t be able to ship your stocks to you.  If you have already ordered from us, your previous shipping address will be available in a drop-down menu.
  6. PLEASE NOTE:  Since we can no longer use FedEx to ship to the following countries:
    * UK
    * Sweden
    * Switzerland
    * Spain
    * Italy       we must use an alternate method.  So now when you check out, you must now add the cost of shipping to your order.  To add shipping, click on the link in the top section of the Checkout page.
  7. You may also leave comments, requests or specific instructions in the box provided.
  8. YOU WILL SEE THAT THE PAYMENT OPTION FOR PAYPAL IS ALREADY SELECTED.  THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD LATER.
  9. If you have entered all of the appropriate information, clicking on the “Review Order” button at the bottom of the page will bring up a summary of your order.  If you need to alter any information, press the “Back” button at the bottom of the page.  Otherwise, you may now complete the ordering process by pressing the “Submit Order” button.

This completes the ordering process.  If is has been successful, the following events will occur:

  1. You will receive an email summarizing your order.
  2. Your billing contact will receive an invoice of your order via email
  3. If you have an Individual Account, an invoice will also be sent to the person who administers the Lab Account with which your Individual Account is associated.

As your order is processed, you will receive emails updating you when your order status changes.  In addition, when your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you will be able to follow your stocks and plan for their arrival.
